I’m a licensed  psychotherapist with 25 + years of experience in helping individuals cope with trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles.

Our services are currently only available online.   We provide telehealth services using private, secure and HIPAA compliant technology.

You can directly schedule an appointment right from our website, in the comfort of your home, at your convenience.

We are in-network with Cigna and CareFirstBCBS. If you have out-of-network benefits, contact the customer service number on your insurance card to verify coverage.

We offer both in-person and virtual sessions, giving you the flexibility to choose based on your preference and location. With teletherapy, you can receive support from the comfort of your home, no matter where you are.

Appointments are available on Mondays through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm EST. Later appointments can be booked by special request. Please call or email.
